Studio rules

1. Who keeps the studio

These terms govern your use of paintpotalley.com ("Paint Pot Alley", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of paintpotalley.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may come into the studio

Use of Paint Pot Alley is limited to people aged 18 or over. Using it is your confirmation that you are 18 or over.

3. Coins from the paint pot

• Every wall is played with virtual coins, poured out free of charge.
• Coins are worth no money; they are not cash, not credit and not anybody’s property.
• Coins cannot be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes. In-app purchases do not exist.
• No prize of real-world value is available.
• We are free to alter or reset coins, levels and features whenever necessary.

4. No real-money gambling in the alley

Paint Pot Alley does not offer or promote real-money gambling and never links to gambling operators.

5. Your studio key

• Rooftrack Rattler and Puddleglass Sill can only be played with a free account. Keep to one account per person and do not share it.
• Do not tell anyone your password, and contact us right away if somebody else has got into your account.
• You can remove your account whenever you like from your account page. Removal takes effect immediately and is permanent.
• An account may be suspended if it is used to disrupt the alley or if we believe its holder is under 18.
• Coins, levels and missions are part of the account, not property belonging to you, and can be reset.

6. Fair use of the alley

Do not attempt to disrupt the alley, use bots or automated tools on it, offer coins in exchange for anything, or allow under-18s to use it.

7. Keeping the alley open, and liability

The alley is supplied “as is”, and we can change or remove any part of it. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. These terms do not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and they leave your statutory rights untouched.

8. The law these studio rules follow

These studio rules are governed by the law of England and Wales.
